1 Part London Dry Gin (low botanical content, we’ll be adding more later)
1 Part Water (Gin is very syrupy and needs some water)
Ice
5 Juniper Berries
Muddle berries in glass with spoon or use Cocktail masher if you have one
add ice
add liquid ingredients, stir to remove crushed berries off surfaces.
