In this episode, Josh and Anthony debate the worst kinds of character class TROPES people tend to play (especially the first time they play that class). The horny Bard, the emo Rogue, the dumb barbarian. Now this isn’t to say that you have to put a nuanced spin on every character because sometimes that, too, can be overplayed. The most important part of DND is AS ALWAYS to have fun with your friends. If you get to tell a cool story with your friends then all the better. We’re going to show you how to navigate character classes from our perspective but don’t worry too much about falling into these ruts unless it’s offensive or annoying to the people at your table.
